hi we have iPhone in our office some one but a iCloud acc , now we wanna use this iPhone but we can we don't know the cloud account or password

You'll need the credentials of the person who locked the phone to remove activation lock.

If your company purchased the phone, take the phone and the original receipt to an Apple store to see if they will remove the activation lock.
