I do not have Apple ID because I m second user of iphone 4. Iphone was linked to AppleID.

Without contacting her, you can't. Tell her to click here and follow the second or third set of instructions, or your friend to give you a refund.

Ask the first owner to remove the lock. It's an anti-theft measure.

I bought from my friend, but phone was from hi ex wife :-) I he does not know appleid, ex wife wout tell him...

I bought iphone but I did not know for that protection has apple. It was just 30eur, but still would like to open the phone
