Aftershokz with Zoom and MSTeams

After working brilliantly for about 18 months my Aftershokz now give me a horrible alarm sound whenever I use them with Zoom or MSTeams calls.

They still pair with my computer and I can listen to videos and other audio on my laptop (Mac Book Air 2019 with version 12.6 macOS Monterey currently) but not video conference calls. I have tried resetting my Aftershokz multiple times, etc but to no avail -

Any ideas gratefully received.
