Apple Wallet minimum age

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Apple wallet doesn’t allow me to add her a credit card:

(Wondering if to your wallet app, or to her wallet app. )

The way I understand it (as an Apple user, like yourself) it all depends on it being 13 years after the birthdate listed in the Apple ID account of the person.

ie 13 years after that birthdate, the person can then use Apple Pay / Wallet / Apple Cash themselves.

Else:

A young person can stay with Apple Cash Family and use Apple Cash under family supervision up until 18 years old
