I'm having trouble with iCloud backups

Did you try the suggestions in the link above? If you did and you are still having problems, please let us know more about the issue? Where in the process does it stop? Are you getting an error message?

Set up automatic back up then keep the iPhone plugged in overnight. It will back up during that time. It can take quite a while to back up, depending on how much data you have and if this will be the first back up. But it should get quicker each time.

Check back on those screens tomorrow morning. It should show the last backup day/time. If if does not, please let us know.
