The 1.5 percent fee is for instant transfers only. Regular transfers have no fee. Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or debit card - Apple Support

there is a 1.5% fee to move money to a debit card. my question is: Is there a way to use the card effectively without the need for a transfer to a debit card? In other words, how is it used? How is money put in the account and then taken out to avoid any fees? Thanks in advance for any answers on this you can provide.
