Capital letters

Hi Tapping the key with an Arrow pointing upwards to maintain typing letters in all caps are no longer functioning. Please help what the other method. We need all caps specially if you are typing an acronym or want to emphasize a word or a name and this does not necessarily being rude, just highlighting or emphasizing

capital z isn't working As I was typing, I attempted to use a capital "z" but it did not appear. I tested both the "z" and "Shift" keys, which are working. I am not sure when the problem began since I have never used a capital "z" on this computer. When I was looking to solve it, I came across an old community thread from 2007 that had a similar issue. I tried to follow the steps in the thread but could not fully understand them. I kindly ask for your help in solving this problem. Thank you for your time and consideration.
