Right Shift Key Not Permitting Me to capitalize letters

When i press the right shift key the icons on screen disappear and I get a "no available windows" message. Screen reduces and a blue border appears around the screen picture. Can't type anything at this point. Any suggestions community?

Like this, right?

Check your System Preferences for Mission Control, sounds like you have the right shift key assigned to one of the shortcuts. Try resetting those to defaults. Those options are also in the Keyboard Shortcuts panel of System Preferences.
