Changing Passcode
I need to change the passcode to my phone but the setting that used to say "Face ID and passcode" now says "Face ID and attention" and there is no setting to change my passcode to my phone.

You are looking at the wrong section to change to change the passcode. You are looking into the Accessibility section instead of the first section of Settings.
Open Settings ➡️ Face ID & Passcode: Tap on Face ID and Passcode and you will be prompted to change the passcode.
