Can I change Calories to steps?
Can I change calories for steps? I could care less about my calories, but I want to know how many steps I have taken or miles I have walked.

To display steps on your Apple Watch you'll need a third-party app. I've been using Pedometer+, added this as one of the complication on my Watch Face and it has been good so far.
