cannot find MagSafe Firmware on iPhone SE2 (settings/about)

We'd recommend testing with an Apple-branded power adapter and cable. You mentioned using a MagSafe charger. Is that our Apple MagSafe charger? If so, you may just need to test with the Apple-branded 20W USB-C Power Adapter.

I have exact same issue, with all oficial apple stuff: iPhone SE 2020, official apple MagSafe and official Apple iPad 2022 charger.

Magsafe firmware info not showing at all at settings/about
