Hidden photos on whats app

Whenever I try to upload any pictures as status on whats app it redirects to photos and there my hidden photos folder 📁 is appearing even though I disabled it on photos. It’s quite insecure if my hidden photos folder directly opened up on whats whenever i try to put whats app status.
