why cant i trade in my apple watch

I have an Apple Watch Series 7. I tried to trade it in for an Ultra and it asked for the serial number. simple. I put it in. Apparently it was wrong. I make sure it was right and that I hadn't spelled it wrong. I checked it again and again. I refreshed the page and typed it in again. Wrong.

What do I do?
