Visual voicemail is GONE!!!

What happened? After the upgrade to iOS 16, I no longer have visual voicemail. My husband hasn’t upgraded yet, and it’s still on his phone. How do I get it back, because turning airplane mode on/off does NOT work.

Contact your cellular carrier. That’s a carrier feature. They will probably have to disable, then re-enable that feature on your line.
