I used to have custom photos for my contacts. I just found out that my family has updated their photo and I cannot figure out how to get rid of the old image and use their updated photos on their account. Is this possible?

You can try a safeboot to clear cache files

reboot as normal and test

I just tried safe mode twice with no change.
Contact photos won't update
