Stolen Iphone 12 pro

My iPhone 12 pro was stolen. I suspect I remotely opened my phone after I put my passcode after receiving a text on official apple texting that my iphone has been located. Thief spoofed, hacked official apple texting. Thief disabled find my. Cant erase, I cant click stolen. Can I still remote erase with disabled find my. I have recovered my icloud.

If you fell for that scam then not only have you totally lost control of the phone, you urgently need to change your Apple ID password. There is no benefit in the thief changing your password, they just want access to re-sell the phone (which they can now do) so pray that your password is the same and change it. Now!
