After i tried to turn of the File vault, MacBook pro 2017 stuck on Loading bar, i did the Disk cleaning no error was found, i tried to re-install Macos it sats permission denied... pls help

You probably need to erase the whole physical SSD first which will destroy all data on the drive. Within Disk Utility you may need to click "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the physical drive appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Erase the whole physical drive as GUID partition and APFS (top option).


Why did you turn off Filevault?
