Mac mini stopped detecting 2nd monitor connected to USB-C. Any workarounds? I've replaced the cable, held option and tried to re-detect the monitor, but nothing works.

As per the Apple Support Communities ToU, we can not discuss beta versions of macOS in this forum.
At this point, I can only suggest that you wipe and reinstall Monterey to see if that fixes the issue..
I personally have not participated in beta testing for a few years, but I think it has changed from an actual beta forum to a send Feedback only type of system.
Apple M1 Mac mini running Ventura 13. Up until 2 updates ago, it was working flawlessly. Hoping to not have to wipe her and go back to Monterey.
