As far as I know, you cannot change fonts in Apple's Message app.

If you are having problems using a keyboard app you have gotten from the app store, you need to contact people who made it.

Can Apple develop the feature to change fonts in text messaging or to make the messaging app compatible with open dyslexic app I want to be able to use. OpenDyslexic followed in my text messages.
