Can Apple develop the feature to change fonts in text messaging or to make the messaging app compatible with open dyslexic app

I want to be able to use. OpenDyslexic followed in my text messages. Aside from being able to talk to my text reading the texts can be difficult at times as a dyslexic person. It would be nice to be able to use my dyslexic apps within text messaging.
