I recently rented a movie, The Outsiders, and a a lot of parts were missing. I’m extremely disappointed and upset I wasted $4 on this movie just for it to have missing parts. Is there a way I can either get my money back or something?

The 1983 Coppola movie has a 91 min. theatrical cut [HD] [4K], and a 114 min. director’s cut ‘Complete Novel’, a TV edit version, and a 121 min. ‘Uncut’ version.
The director’s cut is a different purchase from the theatrical cut. If you purchased the wrong version, then you can contact the iTunes Store staff about correcting that.
