I do not have wifi to connect it
I do Erase Reset step by step in 10 in ( activate Mac ) I do not get wifi in the right corner :( what i have to do ?

Same day, same thing happened. The call back directed me to the right side of the screen where the WIFI - pie-shape logo is darkened. I clicked on it and viola`, though darkened it did recognize my WIFI system which allowed me to finish my setup. Best of luck to you.
