AirPods delivery

I preordered my AirPods Pro’s last Monday and is suppose to be delivered September 26th-28th but now it’s the 27th and it still says preparing to ship. Am I going to get them on time still or are they doing to be delayed because I can’t cancel them or track them because, I don’t have the shipping number

why are my airpods taking so long to get here I ordered AirPods Pro 2 on the 16th of march and they shipped on the 18th and I got a tracking number and it was moving very quick but now hasn’t moved since the 20th after leaving Sydney and I don’t know why they were also supposed to be here on the 24th and today is the 26th all I’ve heard from apple is an email saying that my order will be delayed 2 business days two days ago.

Advice on AirPod ordering problem Ordered two AirPods 12 days ago and says “preparing to ship” for past 5 days and delivery is expected tomorrow at the latest. I tried the online chat and 4 different Apple customer service techs just disconnect with you over and over. Only one said I cannot cancel the order despite the item now available in my local store today (minus engraving). Any advice on an obviously stuck order??

You don’t have a tracking number because they haven’t shipped.

this is a user to user support forum.

there is no way for us to know when you are going to get your order.
