AirPods delivery

I preordered my AirPods Pro’s last Monday and is suppose to be delivered September 26th-28th but now it’s the 27th and it still says preparing to ship. Am I going to get them on time still or are they doing to be delayed because I can’t cancel them or track them because, I don’t have the shipping number

You don’t have a tracking number because they haven’t shipped.

this is a user to user support forum.

there is no way for us to know when you are going to get your order.
