magic keyboard fn key not working when MBP lid is closed

My 200$ magic keyboard with touch id's fn key not working when MBP (Monterey 12.6) lid is closed, while working correctly when lid is open...😱...Apple please do resolve this bug!

macos ventura 13.4 magic keyboard keeps disconnecting I have a Mac Studio computer with magic keyboard and it continuously disconnects since upgrading to MacOS Ventura 13.4. (It actually disconnected typing the last sentence) I have to now hit the power button and turn it back on just to get it back and it seems to do this every couple of minutes. Seems like their fix to make it connect faster actually made the problem worse.Anyone else having this problem?
