System turned off couple of time when reset to the factory settings. When I turn on the system, it asks network password. Thats it. After entered the password, It stays on the same page.

Flashing folder with a question mark is an error that may occurs when Mac cannot detect its boot directory. This usually happens when:
1. Mac cannot find the startup Disk.
