There isn't a 'junk file' for messages.
If you report something as Junk, the message gets deleted.
Looks like you are running iOS 16? in which case you should have a Recently Deleted filter in messages after something gets deleted. If you are looking at your message list, should be the 'back' arrow in the upper left that says 'Filters'. Tap that
