Weird feeling

So I know this has been asked/discussed about previous Apple Watch models but I just began wearing my watch ultra about 4 days ago. On day 2 of wearing it I started noticing a weird hot numbness an tingling feeling in my upper forearm an wrist.

I take the watch off an about 10 minutes later the feel goes away. I’ve wore Apple Watches for the last 4 years an never had this. Just wanted to know if anyone else experienced this before I contacted customer support to exchange my current device.
