Toca Boca asking for a different Icloud ID

Dear all, my 2nd daughter Toca Boca App is asking to log with my 1st Daughter Icloud ID / password. She cannot see their own in app purchases.

family sharing is ON


ipad mini 2 IOS 12.5 loged with 2nd daughter iCloud account

Can she sign the first daughter out of the app and then sign in with her Apple ID?
