I am now unable to connect my iphone to any device (Macbook Pro or Ipad) using the hotspot.
This was working RIGHT BEFORE the new Sierra iOS16 update.
When Wifi calling is turned on - Personal Hotspot is grayed out.
When Data Calling is turned on - "allow others to join" - what does this mean?
Or is "others" Apple Speak for other devices?

The way it is worded - it makes it appear that you are allowing any old Tom and Harry passing by to use the hotspot.
I hate Apple Speak sometimes.

Hopefully you have a good password that is required to join your Hotspot, that is what keeps others out. Take care my friend! :)
