Issue when purchasing iPhone through Barclays.

During checkout, I was unable to check the terms and conditions box while ordering my new iPhone. I tried to reload the page and it crashes.

I assume that the order hasn’t gone through but I still have the 2 emails from Barclays that send out a temporary password and the link to review the documents.

I do not have anything in my order history, I am guessing this has not gone through? I obviously do not want to take out a second loan by accident.

Any help would be massively appreciated!

From that link you'll just want to click on the "Ask a Specialist" link at the top right corner of the page. From there you should see a few options to reach out, depending on your location.
