Airpods 3 Mic Problem in Samsung Phone

I am using Airpods 3 in my Samsung s22 ultra device. When i call someone, airpods' mic doesn't work. İ have to switch the call to the phone's speaker and then switch it back to the Airpods in the call and it starts microphone starts to work. İ have changed Airpods earbuds at applestore (not the case) but the problem still continue. i have also changed codec on the phone but problem still accurs.
