what do i do about a configuration profile, that was payloaded when someone had access's to my phone. . 24/7 location and monitoring. and as i'm seeing it correct possible set up for a cyber attack . if anyone can help reach out to me

I have limited access to some setting, for example if I go to reset people and apps I am unable to do so as you can see in the attached screenshot. Does anyone know what could be going on? I know i have even more information that may be useful. It’s just all a lot and I’m not sure where to begin. I have a strong gut feeling that this is not random but someone I know personally who would have access to the WiFi in my home and I have also connected to their home WiFi on my phone. I’m not sure if that’s could be a possible way for someone to get into your accounts and possibly hack your phone? I definitely don’t know nearly as much about technology, especially security and hacking as I thought because I’ve tried so hard to get control over the situation but the problem still remains. With that said please ask any questions or let me know if further info is needed and I will definitely try to provide it if possible. I really appreciate any help or knowledge I can get to help me better understand what is going on and what I need to do to get both my parents and my devices secured.

iPhone and home devices infiltrated by sophisticated APT hacker, what are my options? Hello all. I have been a victim of an APT hacker for the past several years. I do not know why I was targeted because these category of hackers typically are supposedly funded by nation-state to perform an attack on large scale and important figures and companies, but there are a few mentions of them hacking "low hanging fruit" or "standard users" who are not well versed in cybersecurity, computers and networks. I suspect the latter to be the case, as I am not the only victim of this attack, the hacker has hundreds of not thousands of victims. Through an unknown method, the hacker is able to infiltrate into the networks remotely, and is able to infect all devices connected to the network with malware, spyware, RAT and rootkits. The hacker is able to see all activities, listen to microphones and cameras, access to files and more. iPhones, Windows PC, Modem, Router, all vulnerable to the hacker's infiltration. While extremely skilled and powerful, the APT hacker is very fearful of law enforcement, and takes extreme measures to never get caught or reveal their identity. The usage of many false identities, impersonations, botted accounts, spoofed numbers, and more. Regular antivirus software, and standard firewalls and security apps are not effective against this kind of persistent sophisticated and stealthy attack. What are my options? And yes I did contact law enforcement numerous times but no answers. These are things I've tried: Clean installation of devices (iPhone: DFU mode and reinstall using iTunes ipsw file, PC: full format and wiping and reinstalled using clean usb installation media) Paid antivirus solutions, VPN Isolated device from network, and enrolling to a new network (5G network, the new modem gets hacked within a day)

If you have an app with a configuration profile installed and you want to get rid of that, follow this instructions. You won't need a Mac for that

To delete an app and its configuration profile, follow these steps.

Delete the app

- Touch and hold the app until it jiggles.
- Then tap the delete button in the upper-left corner of the app to delete it. If you see a message that says, "Deleting this app will also delete its data," tap Delete.

If the app has a configuration profile, delete it.

- Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management,* then tap the app’s configuration profile.
- Then tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

While we're unsure of the exact circumstances in which you installed a configuration profile, we did a few resources that may help with answering your question:

Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone
How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
We also recommend updating to the latest iOS 16 version if you haven't already, which is iOS 16.0.2. This would ensure you have the latest security updates, which is a reason why it's recommended to keep all devices up to date. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
