MDM Profile is marked as unremoveable

Few days ago I bought a MacBook Pro 2019 from a friend. Today I start an internet recovery on this Mac after reinstalling macOS Catalina there is a profile installed in it and now I'm unable to remove even I can't get in recovery mode it shows lock.

What I need to do how can I remove it??

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

You'll need to contact the organization that manages the device (the one with the MDM).
