App that I don’t own showing up on my screen time

I recently noticed when checking my screen time that an app called “agario” was showing up even though I do not have this app installed. I’ve been checking my screen time every day to see if it still shows up and it does, it says I spend at least 1 hour on this app a day even though I do not and have never had this app downloaded on this device. Is this just a glitch or is this something I should be worried about?

Hi Jay7893,

Do you have a profile installed on your iPhone? If you're unsure, check in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If so, there's a possibility the app is associated with the profile.

Learn more about configuration profiles here: Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple Support

Configuration profiles define settings for using iPhone with corporate or school networks or accounts. You might be asked to install a configuration profile that was sent to you in an email, or one that’s downloaded from a webpage. You’re asked for permission to install the profile and, when you open the file, information about what it contains is displayed. You can see the profiles you have installed in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If you delete a profile, all of the settings, apps, and data associated with the profile are also deleted.

If you need more help, reach out to Apple Support so they can look into this with you further. They can be contacted here: Get Support, or by calling the most applicable phone number from this list: Contact Apple for support and service.

Best regards.
