I can't delete a message from iPhone. I have deleted other messages but one (two and from the person) message will not delete. It gives me the popup are you sure question. I hit Delete. The row flashes and comes right back. I have already reset the network settings and done a forced restart. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. You will need to delete the Recently Deleted folder in Messages to resolve this trouble you're having. Open Messages, and tap "Filters", and then "Recently Deleted". Select the messages you want to delete, or select "Delete All". Once thats done, go back to the message you couldn't delete and try it again. More info on deleting and recovering messages is found here:
