Hi, does anyone use the Display Studio as both monitor and TV (with an Apple TV box)? I'm looking to know about the experience, as I'm trying to decide between getting an actual TV for external monitor or get a actual monitor and connect an Apple TV so it can serve both purposes.

No way to connect an Apple TV to the Studio Display.
The Studio display requires a Thunderbolt 3 signal which the Apple TV has no way of producing.

Thank you, that eliminates one of my choices. Would you happen to know of any other brand monitor that would be good at doubling as TV?
