What software do I need to use a Logitech Circle View Doorbell with my iPhone?

Logitech circleview doorbell pairing to home app I tried to add the doorbell via automatic, scanning and manual to the home app. All equipment is fully up to date. Logitech tried to help, but gave up and said to return it. Don't if an other one will do the same or there is something very specific with this one. I'm located in EU, and the doorbell is more specific for US/CAN. Anybody who had similar and solved the issue? tnx Fred

Logitech Circle Doorbell Live View Have recently setup the Circle Doorbell. my only issue is, I cannot see the live view on my iPhone 12 Pro. I can see the live view on my iPad and my wife can see the live view on her iPhone SE we can even see it on the Apple TV when someone comes to the door. i have disconnected and reconnected the doorbell to HomeKit multiple times. I have updated and restarted my phone and my Apple TV box. still no live view on my phone the message eventually comes up “No Response” everyone else has no issue.

You can configure it in Homekit already on your phone.

I want to buy and install a video doorbell and don't know if I have to have an Apple HomeKit
