Deleted app purchase from App Store. How do I restore it? There’s a free and a paid version it will only let me restore the paid version

Have you try this: Use App Library to search the app you are looking for.

See -> Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

If you have find the app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.

Or try to redonwload the free version from teh App Store.
