Why can't I keep the sleep alarm noise (early riser) on my iPhone through the Health App without the alarm also going off on my Apple Watch? Seems like a bad software feature to not allow that option, especially when you can customize other app notifications.

I figured it out. Silent mode on watch and no sounds or haptics on sound settings.
