Why can't I keep the sleep alarm noise (early riser) on my iPhone through the Health App without the alarm also going off on my Apple Watch? Seems like a bad software feature to not allow that option, especially when you can customize other app notifications.

I figured it out. Silent mode on watch and no sounds or haptics on sound settings.
You have to turn off “mirror iPhone alerts” for the “Health” app located within the notifications settings in the Apple Watch app on the iPhone
