I keep getting this error message. I've tried checking for updates, reinstalling software and removing all external devices but it's still happening. Does anyone have an idea what's causing this?
The screen will freeze and then the fan gets loud and the computer restarts this is the error report I get:

Can you run the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.

are you having any other drive symptoms? did you do something that would cause a humongous load on the drive just before this panic?
No other drive symptoms. I usually have two google chrome browsers open - both on gmail, just doing normal internet browsing and such. Occasionally I also have a podcast or music on but that's it, so I can't see it being a huge load on the drive?
It happens really sporadically, sometimes I get a spinning wheel and then crash or sometimes I'm not even doing anything, just have things open and it'll crash.
If you have no other drive symptoms, there is no excuse.
That may mean your drive is be getting flaky (less reliable).
You need to be sure you are keeping your backups up-to-date. How old is your most recent backup?
I just ran the diagnostic and it said "no issues found"
