Lorex Home App: Poor Functionality!

I toggle "Show All" and only one camera only shows. Through experimentation, I have found that if I swipe to a blank area of the screen, I can click and get another camera to magically appear! The image has what appear to be forward and backward arrows on the sides of the image, but I have found no way to actually activate the arrows to swipe between cameras. And, I have found no way to actually get all four cameras on the screen at once.

Anyone have tips for using the app on AppleTV? I'm betting that the app just recently came to AppleTV. I don't know if the issues are on Apple's side or the app. In any event, what looked like great potential is currently unusable.

THANK YOU for your reply! I was thinking no one else had an experience with this rather specific issue. Unfortunately, I have explored the Lorex support pages you linked to and there are NO resolutions there for their Lorex Home app on AppleTV. I do understand how to navigate to and from their app. But, it appears to me that someone from Lorex is going to have to update the app. Currently, it just isn’t functional.

Greetings NoBite,

You may be able to find some assistance using this app from the developer’s Support site - Lorex Technical Support | LOREX Support

If the app is unresponsive, you can force the app to quit on your Apple TV. Switch quickly between Apple TV apps

Switch between apps or force an app to quit
1. On the Siri Remote, press the TV button twice quickly.
Windows representing each of the open apps appear in a row on the screen.
2. In app-switching view, navigate to a different app in the center of the screen, then do either of the following:
• Switch to the highlighted app: Press the clickpad center (second-generation Siri Remote) or touch surface (first-generation Siri Remote).
• Force the highlighted app to quit: Swipe up on the clickpad or touch surface.
3. To leave app-switching view without changing apps, press the Back button (second-generation Siri Remote) or Menu button (first-generation Siri Remote).

Thanks.
