Eufy S380 HomeBase not visible in HomeKit after successful addition

Homebase S380 added to HomeKit successfully However it's not visible in the HomeKit. I Can see it listed when I go in HomeKit > Home Settings > in Home Hubs> I can see it there but none of the camera are showing. Any idea?

Cameras linked to the Homebase are: 2 Solocam S340 and 1 Video Doorbell E340.

Logitech Circle View Camera vs Homekit Like many others I’ve experienced frustratingly routine disconnection of my Logitech (3 off) cameras from HomeKit. Sometimes the cameras reconnect after a few minutes, other times never. I have added smart switches and power cycle them to get the cameras working again. A clumsy but effective solution. I’ve for a firmware upgrade - nothing forthcoming. But I have found a marked improvement by (1) removing each camera from HomeKit (2) hard resetting the camera (button on the back) and (3) adding again to HomeKit. Now there are occasional disconnects followed by reconnects. Much better. I still hope for a better solution via a firmware upgrade.

homekit missing scenes The default 'Goodnight' HomeKit scene is recently missing from some of my devices, yet not on others. My iPhone and the Hubs in my home are missing the scene and as a result I can't use Siri to invoke it. Using the Controller app, I can see the scene and execute it from there but not make any modifications save. Inside the Home app I can also see it as a scene that is available to be added. All of my accessories are still in it, but when I attempt to save it, I get a message that reads "Could not edit scene "Good Night"". I've added some photos to show. To troubleshoot, I have rebooted and powered off the affected devices and brought them back online one at at time. I've looked for similarly names shortcuts within the Shortcut app for executions that are of the same name, but found none. For additional background, in my home I have one Hue hub and one Homebridge plugin for my Dyson fan. I'm a bit of a loss for how to proceed. Thanks! (Why isn't there a forum topic for HomeKit?)

I have the same issue. Eufy Homebase 3 shows under settings in the HomeKit>Settings section but I cannot see it under the room nor can I see any cameras.
