Solution for 3rd party widgets not available for Lock Screen (iOS 16)?

I upgraded my iPhone 11 Pro to iOS 16 and set up a new Lock Screen. Unfortunately, the only widgets available to me are the system widgets, none of the ones from third party apps. I’ve read that there’s a bug that prevents these from showing up for some users; I’ve tried several of the measures that are supposed to trick the iPhone into seeing them, but no luck.

Any ideas that have worked for folks?

I hadn't heard there were bugs for 3rd party apps and Lock Screen widgets.. My phone shows a few options from 3rd party app developers.. Like the weather app Carrot & Facebook & Widgetsmith show up. But it is pretty slim pickings at the moment. (and I have over 300 apps).

Aside from a possible bug, my only suggestion would be that this is a new feature and maybe third party app developers haven't updated their apps to utilize the new feature quite yet.

So you're probably stuck waiting for either an iOS update or some app updates.
