MacBook Pro 16 keeps crashing.

Can anyone tell why it freezes and then restarts?

I got exact the same error with my MacBook Pro 16-inch 2019 since about a month ago after installed Monterey 12.5:

I talked with Apple support 5 times, but it is useless. They just ask you to install the latest update, enter safe mode, diagnose. But never looked at the panic report. The issue is never escalated to the engineers.

There is a second level of agents inside Apple support. Specialists are more knowledgeable in the depth of their special technical expertise, but far less patient.

The typical problem, even difficult problems, is supposed to work through an initial set of possible solutions, such as a clean re-install, that OFTEN (but not always) completely resolves the issue.

If your dealings with the first-responder have have not provided positive results, contact Apple support again, let them know you have done the first round of proposed fixes without resolution, and ask tone forwarded to a specialist. Be polite and professional -- users who rant and threaten are shown the exit.

Specialists in general have no deep respect for any conclusions that come from Apple Support Communities, but they will listen to the ideas. (That may be justified in some cases because the processes used here are not completely rigorous.) The backup information such as panic reports, they will take off your forum posts when you point out it is available.
