How do you enter birth control (3 weeks on/one week off) in medications?

How do you enter a medication, like birth control, that is 3 weeks on/one week off, in apple health medications? There isn’t an option for that type of frequency. I currently use an app called Medisafe and it can do meds like this. I don’t see a way to do that in apple health right now.
