How do I add an end date to a medication in the health app?

Apple genius! Why not that is the most important part of medication the duration? Do the engineers talked with some doctors?

There is no End Date option for Medications. You may have to manually Archive it at the end of the the period.

It looks like i will need to follow sravankra advice. Im finishing one around the 15th october. Possibly another as well.

Because they don't want someone on an open ended medication to inadvertently put in an end date, causing his reminder to vanish and he forgets to take his meds.
