So when the ios15.7 update came up on my phone I stupidly just updated without seeing the option for the ios 16 update. Now my phone an iphone 11 won't update to ios 16 and keeps telling me ios 15.7 is the latest update.
Is there anyway to get ios 16 downloaded now ?

please provide a screenshot about what you see when you go to Settings > General > software update.
do you install the iOS beta version?
You have to uninstall it first and then you will be able to update your iPhone, learn How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software - Apple Support.
