Monterey 12.6 Update Keeps Updating

Re: iMac (21.5-inch, 2017)

I've downloaded this bloody update four times already. As you can see, it's installed on my iMac.

And yet, there's the telltale asking me to update my OS.

How do I get off this crazy train?

Hello Carl Salonen,

To help resolve this issue, boot into safe mode to see if this clears the update prompts. Safe mode can clear caches and help resolve many issues: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

How to use safe mode with Intel processor
1. Turn on or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift keyas your Mac starts up.
2. Release the key when you see the login window, then log in to your Mac.
3. You might be asked to log in again. On either the first or second login window, you should see ”Safe Boot” in the upper-right corner of the window.

Best Regards.
