Cannot write review on App Store iOS 16

Keyboard is not full, and I restarted the phone and it was fixed temporary then after 1 day the bug appeared again

Are you using any custom keyboards on your iPhone? If so, let's test using the default keyboard. Add or change keyboards on iPhone explains how to add or remove keyboards as such:


  1. "Go to Settings  > General > Keyboard.
  2. Tap Keyboards, then do any of the following:
    • Add a keyboard: Tap Add New Keyboard, then choose a keyboard from the list. Repeat to add more keyboards.
    • Remove a keyboard: Tap Edit, tap the Delete button next to the keyboard you want to remove, tap Delete, then tap Done.
    • Reorder your keyboard list: Tap Edit, drag the Reorder button next to a keyboard to a new place in the list, then tap Done.

If you add a keyboard for a different language, the corresponding language is automatically added to the Preferred Language Order list. You can view this list and add languages directly to it in Settings > General > Language & Region. You can also reorder the list to change how apps and websites display text."

Hi AlFrued,


We understand that your iPhone's keyboard isn't fully populating after the update. Do you have any bluetooth devices connected when using the keyboard? Try the steps below to help resolve the issue.


  1. Disable any external keyboards show in Settings > General > Keyboard
  2. Temporarily disable Bluetooth in Control Center and test while Bluetooth is disabled
  3. Temporarily turn off each paired Bluetooth device and see if the behavior persists with each accessory fully turned off.

the only keyboard issue is with App Store review, keyboard is working fine for all other apps, search, etc.


moreover, I don’t have any Bluetooth device connected. Even I removed the default keyboard (English US , Arabic & Emoji) and reinstalled again; nothing changed.

Also reachability is turned off since day one.

and even I did a hard reset and the issue disappeared once, then after few hours issue returned back and became permanent.
